What size shoes should I buy?
Fit is really important to us. Please measure your child's feet to determine the best size shoe to order.
Our age guide is only a guide as all kids feet are different. For the best possible shoe fit we recommend you measure your child's foot using the size guide provided and choose the correct size accordingly. The easiest and most accurate way to do this is to stand your child on a piece of paper and mark the bottom of their heel to the tip of their toes and measure the distance between each. Add 0.5-1cm for wriggly toes and growing feet.

When do I receive my order?
We post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia. From order to delivery it may take 5 - 9 days within Australia.
Fast track orders orders within Australia are posted within 1-2 days. If you need your orders urgently, please email us at hello[at]twolittlesteps.com and I'll see if I can help.
Overseas customers- shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location.
All items posted are tracked. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail but will work with you, AusPost and the police towards a favourable solution.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via any major credit card, Visa, Master Card or Amex through our website. We also offer PayPal and Afterpay.
For international customers all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Unauthorised usage of AfterPay: We take security of our customers very seriously. All reports of fraud will result in activity being reported to ACORN and the AFT, as well as the payment service used for the activity. This may result in the closure of the account. No refunds or store credits will be issued in cases of unauthorised usage of AfterPay unless we are instructed to do so by ACORN, the AFT or relevant authorities at the conclusion of their investigation.
Problems with your order?
Two little steps takes pride in offering quality products to our customers, with each item being carefully checked prior to shipment. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days to organise a replacement/exchange or full refund. Your replacement item or refund will be processed within 7 days.

Leather is a natural product so it will always have slight colour variations and random markings from different areas of the hide.
Leather also has some areas that appear to stretch or pull which can make shoes looks a slightly different shape or size. Please be assured that every pair of two little steps are made following a sized pattern. The beauty of wearing leather is that they will mould and stretch to fit your child's feet.
To care for leather
Wipe stains for spins off immediately with a soft damp cloth. For spot cleaning, use a damp sponge to lightly wipe over the affected areas. Dry in non-direct sunlight.
To care for suede
If cleaning is required we recommend a good quality suede brush to gently remove soiling. Alternatively a damp sponge can be lightly applied, pack shoes loosely with tissue to retain shape. Dry in non-direct sunlight.
